Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click the "Register" button on our homepage, fill in your username, phone number, and create a password. You'll receive a verification code via SMS to confirm your account.
Is there a registration fee?
Registration is free! However, you need to pay a one-time activation fee of KES 100 to access mining features and start earning.
How do I activate my account?
After registration, go to your dashboard and click "Activate Now". You'll receive an M-Pesa prompt to pay the activation fee. Once confirmed, your account will be activated within minutes.
Mining & Earnings
How do mining machines work?
Mining machines are virtual mining contracts. When you purchase/rent a machine, you pay a one-time fee. The machine then generates daily earnings for the contract duration (typically 21 days). Earnings are automatically added to your balance on weekdays.
When do I receive my daily earnings?
Daily earnings are distributed on weekdays (Monday-Friday) between 12 AM - 6 AM. You can manually collect earnings by clicking the "Receive Earnings" button on your active machines.
What happens when a contract expires?
When your mining contract expires, the machine stops generating earnings. You can purchase a new machine to continue earning. Expired machines are moved to your history.
Can I purchase multiple machines?
Yes! You can purchase as many machines as you want. Each machine operates independently and generates its own daily earnings.
Withdrawals
When can I withdraw my earnings?
Withdrawals are processed on FRIDAYS only. You can request a withdrawal anytime, but it will be processed on the next Friday. Minimum withdrawal amount is KES 400.
How long do withdrawals take?
Once approved on Friday, withdrawals are processed within 1-24 hours. You'll receive the money directly to your M-Pesa account.
Are there withdrawal fees?
Yes, a 4% fee applies to all withdrawals. The fee covers transaction costs and platform maintenance.
Why is my withdrawal pending?
Withdrawals are only processed on Fridays. If you requested on another day, it will be queued for the next Friday. Also, first-time withdrawals may require additional verification.
Spin Game
How does the spin game work?
The spin game is a luck-based game. You can top up your spin wallet and spin to win. The game uses a random number generator to determine wins. You can win up to 5x your spin amount!
Is the spin game rigged?
No, our spin game uses a certified random number generator (RNG). Every spin is completely random and independent. There are no patterns or guarantees.
How do I add funds to my spin wallet?
Go to the Spin page and click "Top Up". Enter the amount and your M-Pesa phone number. You'll receive an M-Pesa prompt to complete the payment. Funds are added instantly.
Can I withdraw my spin wallet balance?
Yes! You can withdraw your spin wallet balance just like your mining earnings. Go to Wallet tab and request withdrawal. The same Friday withdrawal schedule applies.
Account Management
How do I change my password?
Go to your Profile tab, scroll to "Change Password" section, enter your current password and new password, then click Update Password.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password". Enter your phone number to receive a verification code via SMS. Use the code to reset your password.
How do I update my profile picture?
Go to Profile tab, click the camera icon on your profile picture, select a new image (JPG, PNG, or GIF, max 2MB), and it will upload automatically.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, contact our support team to request account deletion. Note that any remaining balance will be forfeited upon deletion. Withdraw all funds before requesting deletion.
