By accessing or using Cryptogrid ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to: investors, miners, gamers, and visitors.
To use our Platform, you must:
3.1 Investment Risks: Mining and cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk. The value of returns may fluctuate and you may lose your entire investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
3.2 Gaming Risks: The spinning game involves chance. There is no guaranteed win. You may lose the amount you wager.
3.3 Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Mining rewards, coin values, and platform sustainability can be affected by market conditions beyond our control.
3.4 Technical Risks: We are not responsible for losses caused by technical issues, including but not limited to: server downtime, hacking attempts, network failures, power outages, or malicious attacks.
3.5 NO REFUND POLICY: All purchases of mining machines, spin credits, and activation fees are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction, change of mind, or technical issues.
3.6 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYPTOGRID AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF INVESTMENT, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
4.1 Machine Rental: When you purchase/rent a mining machine, you are paying for computing power and maintenance services. You do not own the physical hardware.
4.2 Expected Returns: Daily income projections are ESTIMATES based on current network conditions. Actual returns may vary and are not guaranteed.
4.3 Contract Duration: Each mining contract has a fixed duration. After expiration, the machine stops generating income unless renewed.
4.4 No Early Termination: Mining contracts cannot be cancelled early. No refunds will be issued for unused contract periods.
4.5 Maintenance Downtime: We reserve the right to perform maintenance that may temporarily affect mining operations. No compensation will be provided for downtime.
5.1 Game of Chance: The spin game is a game of chance. Wins are determined by a random number generator (RNG).
5.2 No Guaranteed Wins: There is no guaranteed win pattern or strategy. Past wins do not indicate future outcomes.
5.3 Spin Credits: Spin credits purchased are non-refundable. Unused credits do not expire but cannot be refunded.
5.4 Maximum Payouts: We reserve the right to limit maximum payouts and adjust winning probabilities at any time.
5.5 Responsible Gaming: You are solely responsible for your gaming behavior. We are not liable for gambling addiction or financial losses resulting from gaming.
6.1 Withdrawal Schedule: Withdrawals are processed on FRIDAYS ONLY. Requests submitted outside of Friday will be queued for the next Friday.
6.2 Processing Time: Withdrawals may take 1-24 hours to process after approval.
6.3 Fees: A withdrawal fee (currently 4%) applies to all withdrawals. Fees are subject to change without notice.
6.4 Minimum Amount: The minimum withdrawal amount is KES 400.
6.5 Verification: We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals.
6.6 Withdrawal Rejection: We may reject or delay withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected or if terms are violated.
7.1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access or losses due to compromised accounts.
7.2 One Account Per User: You may only create and operate one account. Multiple accounts will be suspended without refund.
7.3 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate personal and payment information. False information may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
7.4 Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
8.1 Referral Bonuses: Referral earnings are calculated based on your referrals' daily earnings.
8.2 No Abuse: Self-referrals, fake accounts, or any form of referral fraud will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
8.3 Payment of Referrals: Referral bonuses are paid to your compound balance and follow standard withdrawal rules.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in Kenyan courts.
